The staff were awesome and very friendly. They were always willing to help. The food was delicious, and the staff were SO polite.

The room had a substandard air conditioning system. It made a continuous whirling sound. I had to call multiple times to reception, but there was no answer.

The beds felt comfortable. They rank among the best i have slept on in a hotel! housekeeping were pretty good too find pillows that suited my preference. This personalized service stood out. every single staff member. They inquired about our trip and how they could improve it.

The shower in the bath was broken. Edging on the toilet door was hanging off, these were not what i would expect from ritz group.

fresh vegetables great variety

i found the hotel to be very clean. you see very little housekeeping staff, but everything is super clean! the breakfast had so much variety and was amazing. the main dishes included fresh vegetables, salads and fruits.

The canal had jetskis playing on it all day and into the evening. It was noisy

Underwhelming Stay

leaking air con broken shower

The pool was a highlight (I will admit).

The room's air conditioning leaked. The floor was soaked every day. The shower in the bath was broken (imagine my joy) and the edging on the toilet door hung off. I did not expect this from a Ritz hotel.
