The beds felt comfortable. They rank among the best i have slept on in a hotel! housekeeping were really good too find pillows that suited my preference. This personalized service stood out. every single staff member. They inquired about our trip and how they could improve it.

The shower in the bath was broken. Edging on the toilet door was hanging off, these were not what i would expect from ritz group.

The pool was a highlight (I will admit).

The room's air conditioning leaked. The floor was soaked every day. The shower in the bath was broken (imagine my joy) and the edging on the toilet door hung off. I did not expect this from a Ritz hotel.
